The single cell proteomics meeting will bring together many of the pioneers in the field for sharing ideas, results, and informal discussions of future directions. We aim to create a forum for sharing knowledge and defining together the agenda of this new community. Single-cell RNA-seq approaches are likely to continue to offer much higher throughput and depth for the foreseeable future.
